Is it safe to have ceramics sent by mail?
We pack the ceramics as securely as we can, so that they arrive safely and securely at your home. However, unforeseen accidents can happen on the way, but this is extremely rare. Should there be damage or defects to the ceramics, please write to us here !
Can I return my purchase?
Yes, if you regret your purchase, you can return your item up to 14 days after you received it. The shipping cost of the returned item is paid by the buyer.
Do the products look exactly like the pictures?
All ceramics are handmade and each product has passed through hands many times and is therefore completely unique. Therefore, there may be slight variations in the glaze, size and shape.
Can I pick up the ceramics myself?
Yes, you are very welcome to come by the workshop and pick up your pottery. Write to me here so we can arrange a pick-up time.
Er alle produkterne genanvendelige?
Ceramics that broke should be placed in the recycling center of your town. If they are still in good condition, we advise you to donate because ceramics can last for a very long time.
Where can I see your ceramics physically?
In Aarhus you can find my ceramics both in Ganefryd and in NR4 Crafts, design and interior In Copenhagen you can find the ceramics in the store Alrum .
Can the ceramic withstand being put in the dishwasher?
Yes, it can :)
Can the ceramic withstand a microwave or regular oven?
You can easily put the ceramics in the microwave, but not in a regular oven.
